Primary Purpose: This position is designed to provide technical assistance to clinicians and undergraduate students essential to the provision of dermatology services for animals presented to or in the care of the Veterinary Medical Centre.
Nature of Work: The incumbent reports to the Manager of Health Services and assists in all technical aspects of the dermatology service. During periods of low activity or high demand, this individual may support other areas within the Veterinary Medical Centre, including the Wellness department. This role involves handling large and small animals, managing animal restraint, and frequent physical labor in a fast‑paced environment with potential unpleasant odors and restrictions on dress code or traffic patterns.
