Job Overview
Join Hardrock as a Technical Writer in the Parts and Service Division, reporting to the Technical Publications Supervisor. You'll create and publish technical documentation for Komatsu Mining Hard Rock Equipment, including manuals, guides, and catalogs covering operations, maintenance, installation, and repairs.
Collaborating with engineering, production, and suppliers, you'll ensure accuracy and alignment with product updates. Using XML tools and content management systems, you'll maintain high documentation standards.
This role is pivotal in facilitating safe and efficient operation of our products globally, contributing directly to user satisfaction and operational reliability.
