Qualifications

  • Several years' experience as a project manager, project engineer, or scrum master.
  • Excellent command of JIRA.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) - an asset.
  • Knowledge of electronic or hardware design (FPGA).
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, natural leadership qualities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; French is an asset.

Role & responsibilities :

As part of our customers' agile transformation projects in the aerospace industry, we are looking for a Project Engineer / Manager with specific knowledge of electronic design (FPGA) , as well as a good grasp of agile concepts and methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) .

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Coordination of team tasks with other project teams and stakeholders
  • Development of “RoadMap” or “Plan” to manage electronic design teams (FPGA, Hardware)
  • Support in the improvement and optimization of solutions and processes
  • Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance
