In this role, you will act as a key technical partner supporting complex local payroll implementations within a global, remote-first environment. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, configure, and optimize payroll solutions that align with diverse business needs. The position combines hands‑on system configuration, solution design, and technical consulting with a strong focus on service quality and operational excellence. You will contribute directly to improving payroll performance, security, and scalability while supporting continuous product and process improvement. This role offers exposure to sophisticated SaaS payroll systems, third‑party integrations, and enterprise‑level configurations. Accountabilities
  • Design, propose, and deliver technical payroll solutions that address customer operational requirements and system challenges
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to integrate local payroll systems seamlessly into business operations

  • Draft and communicate functional and system integration specifications following in‑depth customer consultations

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, data mapping, GL integrations, and custom bank file configuration
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
