Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Identify and source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and specialized networks to attract strong candidate profiles.
  • Pre-qualify candidates by conducting phone screenings to assess motivation, technical skills, expectations, and overall fit.
  • Build and maintain organized talent pipelines by updating candidate records, tracking availability, and preparing for current and future hiring needs.
  • Interview and evaluate candidates through structured conversations and clear assessment criteria, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Prepare and present polished candidate profiles by refining résumés, creating clear summaries, and coordinating next steps with hiring managers and internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates as their key point of contact, providing updates, answering questions, and maintaining a strong candidate relationship.
  • Contribute to hiring decisions by participating in discussions and helping align offers with project needs and candidate expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive culture by sharing insights, participating in meetings and events, and supporting a strong recruitment environment.
Job Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • Work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (1-3 years). Exposure to technical or engineering recruitment considered an asset.
Skills and Competencies
Technical
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM & LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain data accuracy.

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
