Talent Acquisition – People Operations – People(s), Culture & Experience
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Temporary Full Time; until approximately January 8, 2027
Hours of work: Monday to Friday Days; Onsite & Remote work
Compensation Range: $43.73 per hour - $54.25 per hour
Location: WRHN @ all sites
Acting as a key member and subject matter expert of the Talent Acquisition Team, this position is responsible for the attraction and recruitment of employees for a portfolio of vacancies. They support our Hospitals’ Team Members and Leaders with guidance and support on the internal and external recruitment process as well as managing the recruitment process and administration tasks to meet quality, time to fill and compliance performance indicators. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for assisting Talent Acquisition Associates with difficult‑to‑fill vacancies.
