What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for key roles

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in a high‑volume organization
  • Demonstrated success using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday preferred
  • Strong alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Professional recruitment designation (e.g., RPR, CHRP/CHRL) considered an asset
  • Experience building pipelines for specialized or hard‑to‑fill roles
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred
