In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner working in Longueuil, QC, you will be part of the Culture and Engagement team. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles in our breweries. You’ll need a client service mindset and operate as a value added business partner in a highly collaborative team environment. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and works closely with their assigned client group, HR Business Partners, and is a key strategic member of the business.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $66,800.00 - $87,700.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
