About the job Talent Acquisition Executive/ Senior Executive

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive/ Senior Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the organizations talent pipeline by partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, contribute to employer branding efforts, and support strategic hiring initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for nursing home, from requisition intake to offer closure.
  • Partner hiring managers to clarify manpower requirements, role expectations, and recruitment timelines, and provide regular hiring status updates.
  • Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and relevant healthcare and community-based channels.
  • Coordinate shortlisting, interviews, and selection processes to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure a positive, respectful, and professional candidate experience by responding promptly to enquiries and communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs and turnaround times.
  • Support and participate in talent acquisition process enhancement projects to improve recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  • Embrace changes in recruitment processes, tools, and policies, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with passion for people and interests in HR career
  • At least one to three years of recruitment or human resources experience, preferably within healthcare, eldercare, or service-oriented sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates in a professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet defined turnaround times.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records.
  • Openness to change and willingness to support recruitment process improvements and new initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
