A leading reinsurance company in Toronto is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting activities and streamline internal processes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR experience, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of HR functions. This role offers a hybrid work environment and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and development programs.

With the goal of enhancing the candidate experience, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support select Talent Acquisition (TA) teams with the coordination of recruiting activities, including creating requisitions for posting, scheduling interviews, onboarding activities as well as communication with candidates and hiring managers. This person will collaborate across HR functions including regional Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners, benefits, payroll, compensation and the HR service center.
