Are you ready to apply your knowledge in the real world? We are hiring two (2) Co-op, Talent Acquisition for the Winter Term with our Talent Acquisition team.

These are two Co-op positions in Talent Acquisition for the Winter Term. The successful candidates will work with the Corporate HR team on recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct background checks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews; contacting candidates, liaising with hiring managers, booking calendar appointments and meeting rooms, and sending confirmation emails.
  • Support the management of campus mailbox and actively promote job opportunities across various job boards and within community groups.
  • Update requisitions in the ATS (ICIMS) on a daily basis and throughout recruitments.
  • Support other recruitment-related projects as required.
  • Play a significant role in the recruitment process with the Corporate HR team.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education studying Human Resources or Business and eligible for a Winter 2026 Co-op Term.
  • Experience in using SharePoint and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ICIMS, considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment environment considered an asset.
  • Experience with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
  • Results oriented and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive in nature with a high level of energy.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
