Overview

Under the direction of the Manager, Information Technology, the Systems Network Analyst will provide technical services to support the day-to-day operation of the IT systems including the networks, business applications, backup, Office365, Azure Cloud, Security, and hardware / software server platform. This position is responsible for supporting the disaster recovery plan to ensure minimal disruptions to business operations. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, Office365, Azure environments.
  • Conduct performance monitoring and tuning.
  • Maintain key Business Applications for optimal operational system support.
  • Participate in development and support projects related to Business Applications.
  • Develop documentation on the system configuration, operational procedures, backup and disaster recovery procedures of all Infrastructure and Business Systems.
  • Ensure all users are informed of relevant procedures for corporate security protection.
  • Design and maintain security to project cloud data, applications, and infrastructure from cyber threats and attacks.
  • Investigate any incidents and develop remedial prevention techniques.
  • Develop and implement sufficient measures to detect cyber threats, including regular patching and vulnerability scanning.
  • Assess security risk and report identified issues.
Qualifications
  • Minimum: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Information Management, or related disciplines
  • Preferred: Degree in Computer Science with Specialty in related disciplines
  • Preferred Certification: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
