Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives
- Support the execution of the ESG certification strategy, including documentation updates and managing relationships
- Collect and analyze ESG data to track compliance and progress within the property teams
- Manage consultant relationships for ESG certifications and audits, providing centralized documentation and support
- Plan and execute ESG engagement events, creating training materials and guidelines for property teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sustainability project implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, building science, business with sustainability, or related field
- Strong attention to detail with proven project management and delivery skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information
- Ability to multi-task and handle a wide range of assignments effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is an asset
- Knowledge of sustainability technologies and techniques, such as zero waste and biodiversity, is a plus
