DESCRIPTION: Quicktech is looking for a full-time Support Specialist at the Intermediate Level (Tier 2) to remotely join our talented team of technicians in Vancouver.
MISSION: To provide prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous support by resolving clients' first and second level technical issues. You will also serve as an escalation point for tickets beyond the scope of entry-level technicians.
