About This Team

Manages the in-season Finished Goods supply plan against demand, capacity, constraints, & lead time guided by strategy. Identifies and reports on seasonal risks and opportunities against the plan and strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the Seasonal Supply and Capacity planning for assigned lululemon Finished goods production category, (Apparel and Accessories) to ensure Supply is planned in the optimal way to meet demand taking into account Strategy, Capacity, Lead time and Raw Material availability.
  • The Supply Planning lead is responsible for executing the Supply Plan in a timely manner in line with GTM, supply planning gates, and buy models such as seasonal, chase, mainline, fast turn and supporting Core Replenishment models.
  • This role will work with cross functional partners; key Partners being - Finished Goods Allocations, Sourcing, Raw Materials Supply Panning, Category Supply Planners and our in-Region LLO teams.
  • A key responsibility of the role is highlighting risk, opportunity, and recommendations to achieve best plan at best cost for assigned category
  • This role will report to the Supply Planning Manager
  • This role will be based at Lululemon SSC Vancouver
Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical skills are key to this role
  • A confident team player with experience in cross function collaboration
  • Experience of working in related Supply Planning role
  • 5+ Years experience in Supply Planning
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience in MRP and ERP planning systems

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
