Overview

Job Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $92,905 annually

We are partnering with our client in Vancouver to hire a Supply Chain Business Analyst. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain planning.
  • Identify bottlenecks, cost drivers, and process inefficiencies; provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, or Excel.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and supply chain tools.
  • Monitor supplier performance, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate supplier markets, pricing trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging supply chain risks.
  • Contribute to sustainability and responsible sourcing projects.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business analysis, or operations.
  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles (procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, risk).
  • Experience in sustainability and responsible sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Workday Reporting.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Workday preferred), data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
