The mission of the Global Logistics Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods.

As the Specialist , Global Logistics, Inbound, you will support the execution of the efficient flow of goods and information from origin to destination. The Role

• Execute best-in-class end-to-end air freight operations, including volume planning, carrier coordination and timely booking management
• Deliver a seamless logistics experience by managing in-transit tracking, proactively handling exceptions, and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Manage departmental administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations
• Proactively mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business

The Qualifications

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
• Air freight operations, specifically importing into North America
• Air freight industry trends, with established partnerships across international freight forwarders and logistics providers
• Retail fashion logistics, including speed-to-market, high SKU variability, and demand impacts to inbound transportation
• Practical knowledge and application of INCOTERMS
• Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel capabilities
• Accurate data entry skills
• Experience with SAP and SharePoint is an asset
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
