The supervisor/trainer is responsible for overseeing the team, training employees, and monitoring their performance. They ensure compliance with procedures, support the integration of new employees, identify training needs, and provide coaching to improve work quality and achieve objectives.We are looking for a proactive supervisor/trainer for one of our clients specializing in furniture.

Tasks
  • Train new order pickers on work procedures.
  • Train on the use of logistics tools (scanner, management software, purchase orders).
  • Train on the operation of equipment.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
  • Train on safety rules.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
  • Experience in warehouse training.
  • Bilingualism in French and English to communicate with employees (35% of the time).
  • Experience in order picking.

  • Physical endurance: Ability to perform physical tasks in accordance with warehouse requirements.
