We are currently searching for a Supervisor, Operations reporting to the Manager, DC Operations. This is a Full‑Time Permanent opportunity. As a member of our Distribution team, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, unionized environment. You’ll be responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, supporting inventory and fleet management, and delivering exceptional service to our retail and wholesale customers. Success in this role requires strong communication and people leadership skills, sound decision‑making, and the ability to motivate and guide teams in a 24/7 environment.
