Qualifications

• Proven track record as a proactive BA who can ‘find the work’ and move deliverables forward with minimal direction.
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight timelines and changing priorities.
• Strong written communication skills including meeting notes and status reporting.
• High attention to detail; disciplined documentation and evidence handling.
• Banking/financial services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document the reconciliation current state with stakeholders.
• Attend project-related meetings, summarizing discussions and next steps.
• Review project roadmap changes and communicate timelines.
• Lead and own testing for reconciliations, drafting requirements and documenting results.
• Document future state and share knowledge-transfer documentation.
