• 5+ years of experience in proposal development related to Engineering Consulting, Professional Services, or Construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Experience in major projects proposal development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQ & RFP requirements and ensure proper development.
• Develop content and templates for proposals.
