In this role, you will provide strategic HR support and advice to managers and employees, focusing on labor relations, talent acquisition, and training. The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Relations, with at least five years of HR experience in a union or non-union environment. Bilingual candidates in French and English are preferred. Qualifications

• Must have 5 years’ HR/Labor Relations experience in a unionized or non-unionized environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing/aircraft maintenance environment is a plus.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
• Knowledge of Canada’s Labor Code, Human Rights Act, and Employment Equity Act is required.
