The role encompasses full commercial strategy ownership and P&L management while working closely with key shippers in various sectors. Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in logistics or B2B commercial management.
• Proven experience managing P&L or commercial portfolios.
• Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L performance for Domestic and Dry Bulk verticals.
• Lead commercial relationships with key shippers.
• Define go-to-market and growth strategies for verticals.
• Partner with Operations and Finance teams.
