About the Team: The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and collaborating with your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Build your network and attract talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
  • Utilize your expertise across talent, brand, operations, and guest experience to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and ongoing talent development.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • You are a results-oriented leader with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
  • You communicate with care in both written and verbal forms.
  • You connect with people at all levels of the organization and can captivate an audience.
  • You combine business acumen with analytical thinking to drive positive results.
  • You are a talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail POS systems.
  • You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
