Store Manager – Global Pet Foods Burnaby

About the Role

The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the store always reflects our values: expertise, care, and community.

Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a strong team to deliver exceptional service that sets us apart
  • Ensuring staff develop expert-level knowledge in pet nutrition (with ongoing training and support)
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, workflow, and store standards
  • Managing merchandising, inventory flow, and vendor relationships
  • Partnering with ownership on sales initiatives, community events, and marketing programs
  • Contributing ideas to improve systems and processes as our business grows
  • Being a role model for service, knowledge, and professionalism on the floor

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and the ability to work between both Burnaby locations. Weekend availability is required.
