This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, and will be a full‑time seasonal role.

Role & Responsibilities

This job ensures service standards are met and surpassed by creating the experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
• Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
• Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role
• Supervising and supporting on the floor
• Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory
• Update staff’s schedule and changes
• Interact with customers and maintain the highest level of customer service
• Involved in the making of and receiving food / drink orders
• Receive payment for all services provided to the customer
• Listen and respond to customer complaints
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times
• Relieve servers as required
• Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Possess a high level of customer service
• Highly motivated and a quick learner
• Enjoys multitasking and has a high level of stress management skills
• Communicates well and is flexible
• Previous cash handling is an asset
• Food Safe an asset (required)
• Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time

The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
