ECHO has transformed how we manage system health, risk, and preventive maintenance—laying the foundation for a smarter, more resilient future in the nuclear industry. We’re looking for a Staff Developer/Software Architect to help shape what’s next. In this role, you’ll take a systems-level view of ECHO, designing the architecture and infrastructure needed to support its evolution into a scalable SaaS platform. You’ll ensure the product remains functional, secure, and reliable, while enabling rapid development and onboarding of new clients. This is a role for someone who connects the dots between features, systems, and user needs, guiding how the platform is built and scaled, mentoring developers, and delivering a product that will become essential infrastructure for nuclear operators across the globe.
Salary Range: $150-180k (Exact compensation may vary).
