Staff Developer – Enterprise Ready Team

We are seeking a Staff Developer to join our Enterprise Ready Team. In this critical role, you will shape the architecture and evolution of the Enterprise Password Manager product at 1Password. Your leadership will influence our strategic direction, align with business goals, pioneer new technologies, and set best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. This role is remote within Canada and the US.

Compensation

USA‑based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $190,000 and $258,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program, generous paid time off, an equity grant, and incentive programs.

Canada‑based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $172,000 and $232,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program, paid time off, an equity grant, and incentive programs.
