Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced, strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across the Customer Success Organization (CSO). You will collaborate with teams to facilitate strategic programs ensuring their success. You will be working across all areas of CSO and will be in a pivotal role delivering value to our customers by ensuring the success of our delivery teams.

Working as part of the Strategic Programs Management team, the program manager will be a member of the CSO PMO. Working in a dynamic environment, an ability to manage and run multiple initiatives simultaneously is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent facilitation skills, proactive problem identification & resolution skills, can collaborate and lead through personal power and have excellent communication skills to build a storyboard presentation.

  • Work alongside experts while deepening your understanding of CSO, our customers and our partners.
  • Learn a broad range of processes across multiple functions and product sets.
  • Work collaboratively across other functions to develop and deliver programs.
  • Deliver multiple, concurrent projects while identifying risks and managing critical dependencies.
  • Identify root causes, develop solutions in conjunction with our business partners and facilitate the implementation of the solution.
What you need to succeed
  • 8 years+ experience in program and project management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP)
  • Excellent communication including verbal and presentation development skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Confident and experienced presenter
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal
  • A high level of commitment, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt to business adjustments
  • Having an exceptional ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate across teams and organizations will help you to succeed in this role
  • Demonstrate leadership skills with strong business acumen and an ability to influence others
  • Strong organization and time management skills: balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Work with all levels of the organization, and quick to build working relationships with others
  • A strategic thinker that can contribute ideas and solutions to addressing the opportunity potential, driving programs to deliver growth and results
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office apps, especially MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
