Job Summary & Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Western Canada, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and propose tailored product solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to address client needs and deliver high-value systems.
  • Manage revenue goals for assigned accounts, providing regular updates on financial status and account progress.
  • Navigate long sales cycles, working with both customer and company executives to secure approvals for high-value systems.
  • Experience with using Customer Relationship Management tools like SFDC.
  • Strong presentation skills.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • BS in STEM discipline.
  • 3+ years of laboratory sales experience working with large accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with clients in Western Canada or similar markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in reproductive health, maternal care, newborn screening, or related medical fields.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships in healthcare settings.
  • Understanding of laboratory workflows, automation systems, mass spectrometry technologies or next generation sequencing applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical information about software solutions and diagnostic technologies to various audiences.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis for business development.
Physical Requirements & Expectations

Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory in Western Canada (30% of the time).
