This position has overall responsibility on a global level for sourcing strategy execution and process in support of the Nitrogen, Phosphate & Potash (NPK) procurement operations, inventory and warehousing contractor performance, material cost savings and supplier risk management strategy. It provides overall responsibility on a global level for the Procurement function and associated programs and serves as a personal business‑to‑business connection to top strategic stakeholders and suppliers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the procurement operations function including critical teams and enablers such as Shared Buying, Turnaround Procurement, Capital Procurement, and Warehousing & Inventory Optimization. They will have managed a large procurement budget and organization demonstrating strategy formulation and execution abilities. The ability to identify, develop and promote talent across a large organization is critical. The leader will have responsibility across various sites and Business Units (BU) in the US, Canada and Trinidad and will be responsible for delivering on the NPK Strategic Procurement long‑term planning and annual priorities as part of BU goals and objectives.
The salary range for this role in Loveland, CO is between $177,600 and $304,400. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to candidate skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, work location and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based on location.

In addition to base pay this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long‑term incentive plan consistent with the terms of our program(s), where discretionary payout of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
