What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Create innovative research content to support clients in achieving business outcomes from outsourced IT services
• Provide actionable advice through various media, guiding clients in selecting providers for cloud‑native transformation projects
• Formulate and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for public cloud services, leading negotiations for multiyear contracts
• Advise clients on optimal contract terms focusing on cost optimization and risk mitigation
• Continuously monitor cloud service pricing trends and vendor discount programs to drive negotiations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least three years in IT procurement or strategic sourcing involving cloud contracts
• Proven track record of negotiating high‑value public cloud contracts
• Deep knowledge of public cloud optimization and transformation services, including experience with hyperscale cloud infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data for research insights

• Experience with Oracle workload expertise (e.g., PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, E‑Business Suite)
