Benefits

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid RN license for Ontario.
  • Completion of specialized wound care training required.
  • Preferred experience in community and acute care settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed holistic assessments for wound, ostomy, and continence.
  • Develop care plans collaboratively with the interprofessional team.
  • Provide education and mentorship for wound care best practices.
