In this full-time role, you will manage a team focusing on mechanical engineering within a hybrid work environment. As a Domain Leader, you play a key role in managing and developing the Specialized Disciplines team, ensuring the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and the Technical Business Framework.
You have a general knowledge of train mechanical architecture, interface management, crashworthiness, mechanical integration, systems engineering, materials, and project management (quality, cost, schedule) and are recognized for your engaging leadership qualities—you are our ideal candidate.
This position, based at our Kingston, Ontario site, is a full-time permanent role (40 hours/week) – able to work in an international, multi-site, matrix organization. Hybrid work environment – 3 days on-site.
