• BA/BSc or related College Technical diploma; or equivalent applicable industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and network security.
• Proficiency in MsSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience working with Virtual Machines (VMs) and VPN connectivity.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French, with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technician for configuring the software suite to meet client requirements.
• Participate in discovery sessions to define and understand technical requirements for implementation.
• Configure the software suite using workflows and business rules for optimal client business processes.
• Serve as a customer advocate, facilitating communication with internal departments and cross-functional teams.
• Assist clients with end-to-end system testing, troubleshooting, and training end-users on software usage.
