Overview

We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Calgary has an opportunity to join our Spa team as a Spa Concierge. The Spa Concierge is responsible for hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while providing exceptional customer service to our guests while exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Approaches stressful situations with a positive, composed, and problem solving mindset
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Demonstrates an expert knowledge of Spa treatments, its facility and retail offerings
  • Upholds the privacy and confidentiality of all guest information
  • Scheduling treatments
  • Guest registration and processing payment
  • Recommending retail products
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Shift schedule: Available to work a variety of shifts from Sunday to Saturday including holidays
  • Valid work authorization for Canada
Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous Spa or hospitality experience
  • Proserve License
