Overview

Solutions Architect, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – East. Remote-friendly: United States (East Region) and Canada (Ontario & British Columbia). Full-time, permanent, exempt. This role focuses on CRO strategy, experimentation, and enabling customers to adopt Webflow Optimize, partnering with sales, customer success, product, and engineering to drive measurable impact.

About the role
  • Location: Remote-first (US East Region; ON & BC, Canada). Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone.
  • Type: Full-time, permanent, Exempt
  • Compensation: Base pay ranges vary by geographic location and experience; zone-based ranges are provided to guide discussions. Eligible for company-wide bonus program; OTE ranges for sales roles may apply and are narrowed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate onboarding and adoption of Webflow Optimize and experimentation tooling.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers aiming to improve site performance and conversions.
  • Guide customers on experiment design, implementation best practices, and test strategy; help decide when and how to test.
  • Advise on measurement frameworks using tools like Webflow Optimize, Webflow Analyze, GA4, or other analytics platforms.
  • Provide light implementation support for front-end tracking or testing code (tags, pixels, UTMs).
  • Build reusable CRO frameworks, playbooks, and artifacts to speed experimentation for customers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface pain points and use cases that influence roadmap decisions.
  • Contribute to internal enablement content and tooling to improve experimentation at scale.
About you
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical consulting, web development, or digital optimization, with exposure to marketers, designers, or growth teams.
  • Confident in implementing experiments and guiding customers on testing timelines and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of test design, statistical rigor, and interpretation of results.
  • Working knowledge of CRO/performance tools (e.g., Webflow Optimize, Webflow Analyze, GA4) and front-end tracking/testing code.
  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to weigh UX, speed, personalization, and experimentation tradeoffs.
  • Interest in long-term CRO program design and growth experimentation strategy; comfortable with ambiguity and process improvement.
  • Curious and growth-oriented; open to emerging technologies like AI.
