Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Systems Developer. The position is responsible for the implementation of our business applications which includes proprietary ERP/CRM configuration and programming tasks based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 3 to 5 years of relevant programming experience preferred and similar business system expertise is a plus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about implementing robust business processes that positively impact organizations and the communities they serve. They will collaborate closely with our cross‑functional team of product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into business solutions that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into a set of tasks to configure the product
• Configure and develop the software implementation
• Testing the business solution end to end with manual tests
• Producing comprehensive end user documentation on the custom process produced
• Improving internal implementation documentation
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of implementation tasks within project deadlines.

Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Developer
• Experience breaking down high-level business requirements into implementation tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex problems.

Required Skills

• Experience with proprietary or low-code platforms, like Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow

This remote role offers flexibility and opportunities for the right candidate. The selected candidate will collaborate daily with team members and customers across India, USA and Canada. Travel: rare; available for occasional business needs.
