Job Description

Join our team in the final stages of completing a multi‑family residential building. Your role will involve installing caulking, windows, shower and towel bars, and accessory access hardware. In addition, you may be asked to perform general labor duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, and moving construction materials as needed.

Not transit accessible - must drive.

Responsibilities
  • Install caulking, windows, shower and towel bars, and accessory access hardware.
  • Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, vacuuming, and moving construction materials.
  • Use a measuring tape to measure distances and prepare materials for cutting and installation.
Essential Skills
  • Experience using measuring tapes to measure distances and prepare materials.
  • Proficient in working with hand and power tools.
  • Willingness to travel to new construction sites.
  • Comfortable performing general labor tasks as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Possession of an Apprentice Carpentry Ticket - Indentured.
  • Experience operating skid steer or telehandler.
  • Certification in Fall Arrest.

Work Environment
