Job Description

As a Site Administrator, you support site operations by coordinating manpower, managing onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate documentation across multiple projects. You serve as a key liaison between employees, management, union halls, and business partners to ensure smooth daily workflow. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask contribute directly to project efficiency and compliance.

What would you be doing?
  • Coordinate manpower requirements and liaise with union halls and business managers.
  • Organize onboarding tasks including camp accommodations, site access, and new‑hire documentation.
  • Review and validate timesheets, labour, equipment, and material entries for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with payroll and site leadership to resolve discrepancies and support billing inquiries.
  • Maintain digital and physical personnel records, spreadsheets, and administrative systems.
  • Support daily communication and administrative needs for site management and employees.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in high‑pressure environments.
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, and computerized systems (including Microsoft Excel).

  • Knowledge of workforce agreements (GPC, NMA, PLA) considered an asset.
