We are looking for an energetic and motivated ServiceNow Developer for our Integrated Global Services branch, located in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Toronto. In this role, you will utilize strong business and technical consulting skills to develop solutions that address business challenges and create desired outcomes.

A Day in the Life:

• Support design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored for the Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) suite, including ITSM, CSM, VA, PA, App Engine, Service Bridge, and IntegrationHub.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions on a multi-domain instance deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Support the development of ServiceNow technology roadmaps to maximize client investments.
• Provide technical leadership from design to deployment.
• Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities using ServiceNow.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and stable.
• Conduct testing to ensure quality and industry standards.
• Support troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Provide platform training and mentorship.
• Ensure security configurations align with policies.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years designing and deploying ServiceNow platforms supporting ITSM, CSM, and domain-separated instances.
• 5+ years as a client-facing consultant.
• 5+ years programming experience in JavaScript and Python.
• 5+ years working with CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
• 1+ years implementing Service Bridge.
• Experience scripting in Unix and Windows environments.
• Coding experience in C# and low-code platforms like Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Integration experience with business applications and ITSM systems.
• Knowledge of web technologies like REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML, XSLT.
• Agile and DevOps experience.
• Experience with RMM tools and integrations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Professional interaction with diverse groups.
• Excellent presentation and training skills.
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
