What & Why:

Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their high performance People Enablement Technology team. You will play a key role in leading the delivery efforts of their Global Workforce Management Application, partnering very closely with our people and culture business partners and enterprise. The team is responsible for all WFM system configuration of employment laws related to hiring, wage and hours, time off and entitlements. This is a global team, located in the Pacific Northwest. This role is responsible for delivery execution and prioritization, overseeing workstreams/projects across business and operational functions, driving alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful program delivery. You’ll oversee the Project Managers, Business Analysts, and System Analysts/Engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key projects within the program that could be agile or waterfall. You will work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have an in office work environment with 4 days a week in office.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 10+ years in delivery management and 5+ years in Program Management, with proven experience managing budgets of $7M+ capex and leading financial forecasting activities.
  • Deep expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) technology domain, including system architecture, technology stack, and the ability to lead technical teams of engineers, architects, and operational specialists.
  • Experience managing diverse delivery methodologies including waterfall, hybrid, and agile frameworks across multiple concurrent workstreams and projects.
  • Proven track record overseeing cross-functional delivery teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and System Analysts, with responsibility for driving program-level execution, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
Compensation:

This role pays between $100-120 per hour incorporated.
