About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Employment: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
- Compensation: The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. Base pay ranges are structured into zones, and the specific base pay within the range is determined by location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- United States (USD): Zone A: $137,800 - $189,100; Zone B: $130,200 - $177,700; Zone C: $121,600 - $166,300
- Canada (CAD, ON & BC): CAD 156,800 - CAD 214,700
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

- Reporting to: Director, Product Operations
Senior Technical Program Manager, you’ll:
- Manage high priority programs of cross-functional projects spanning engineering, product, and design
- Establish milestones, success criteria, dependencies, and deliver iteratively
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to determine feasibility and timelines
- Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of program status, risks, and insights
- Plan and facilitate meetings (kick-offs, weekly check-ins, milestones) to ensure clear communication
- Establish and report program health and success metrics, using data for strategic decisions
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders and manage expectations for projects
- Lead post-program analysis to guide future programs
- Mentor junior engineering team members and foster Webflow culture
- Participate in engineering citizenship activities (e.g., co-authoring blogs, improving hiring processes, leading internal hackathons)

About you:
You’ll thrive as a Senior Technical Program Manager if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with direct experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Have a strong technical foundation and the ability to understand technical details and make informed decisions
- Excel in translating broad directives into tangible objectives
- Display exceptional analytical, planning, and organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to prioritize tasks, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment
- Collaborate with individuals and teams from varied geographical and cultural backgrounds
- Confident presenter capable of addressing large internal groups and leadership teams
- Proficient in driving process improvements across diverse teams and functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large-scale platforms and organizations
- Comfortable working in an agile, safe-to-fail environment
