Job summary

A leading consulting agency in Canada is seeking a Senior Specialist in Social Impact Consulting. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and prepare tailored project deliverables for Indigenous clients. Responsibilities include managing project resources, drafting policies, and facilitating group processes. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience and a passion for partnering with Indigenous communities. This role promotes equity, diversity, and inclusion in its hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Governance and Policy, Social Impact or related role.
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities or a strong knowledge of Indigenous governance.
  • 3+ years of project management or management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop work plans, budgets, schedules, and manage their execution.
  • Provide expert advice during project development.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing and reporting results.

Education

Post-secondary education in Political Science, Public Administration, Indigenous Studies, Sociology, Economics, Law or a related field
