Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience selling pumping products.
  • Successful in presenting and selling mechanical solutions.
  • Minimum 6–7 years building a sustainable Sales Pipeline.
  • Good technical understanding of products from brands like ARO and GRUNDFOS.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Pump Tech products and services in assigned territory.
  • Create and execute sales strategy/plan.
  • Partner with key peers to assist in closing complex sales.
  • Motivate staff and ensure revenue targets are met.
