  4. Bid & Proposal Support: Participate in bid preparation by defining project scopes, schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates. Contribute to technical and project strategies during tender submissions.
  5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal leadership.
  6. Field Leadership: Maintain a regular presence on project sites and manufacturing facilities to ensure alignment and address issues in real time. Support execution teams in resolving operational challenges.

Required qualifications

  • Experience across all project phases, including engineering, material acquisition, production, quality assurance, and commissioning.
  • Proficient user of MS Project or other project planning tools (Primavera, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
  • Client-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, with solid skills in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
