Job description

Senior Process Coach Production (Maintenance)

Minimum Qualifications :

  1. Education : High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Experience :
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or Manufacturing operations.
  4. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership.
  5. Availability to work in shifts (morning / afternoon / evening).

Preferred Qualifications :

  1. Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).
  2. Experience :
  3. Engine experience preferred: Prior experience in engine manufacturing, assembly, or related engineering.
  4. Safety and Quality experience preferred: Experience implementing and maintaining safety protocols and quality standards.
  5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Constraint Management principles.
  6. Proven proficiency in analytical and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma, root cause analysis), with a track record of resolving complex operational issues.
  7. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
