Airbnb for Business is building a high‑performing sales team focused on acquiring corporate clients (B2B), driving incremental bookings, and positioning Airbnb as the go‑to solution for extended and long‑term business travel. We’re a lean, dynamic team known for using creative strategies to deliver outsized impact and we believe businesses represent the next viral growth channel for Airbnb.
As a Senior Market Manager, Airbnb for Business, you will be responsible for identifying and closing corporate clients within defined target verticals, while cultivating strategic relationships with those that offer the greatest potential for growth. You will own the end‑to‑end sales strategy needed to achieve your targets and drive long‑term value.
Success in this role requires the ability to partner closely with clients, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize performance, streamline processes, and expand overall spend on the platform. You will report directly to the Global Lead, Airbnb for Business, and collaborate closely with your peers to maintain a consistent, data‑informed feedback loop across key cross‑functional stakeholders including Product, Operations, Program Management, and Data Science.
This position is Canada — Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a province where Airbnb Canada, Inc. has a registered entity. Currently we can hire in the following provinces: Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Canada Pay Range: $106,000 – $133,000 CAD
