Summary
Responsible for overseeing Celestica’s global credit risk exposure, developing the global credit risk framework and policies, and ensuring compliance. This role balances risk appetite with business growth objectives to safeguard the company’s financial stability and profitability.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Treasury, the Senior Manager, Global Credit is a critical leadership position responsible for leading the strategic management and governance of Celestica's global credit risk function. This individual will lead a team, serve as the primary subject matter expert, and act as a key partner to Sales and Finance leadership to balance revenue growth with disciplined risk management. The Senior Manager is accountable for establishing a consistent global credit policy, leveraging technology to automate credit decisioning, and ensuring robust systems are in place to accurately assess and manage global customer credit exposure.
