What you will do:
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute the department’s supplier management strategy, including vendor selection, engagement models, and contract optimization (e.g., T&M, Managed Services).
  • Establish best practices for early supplier involvement, SRMA/PAR processes, and risk management.
  • Define and monitor onshore/offshore workforce ratios to balance cost efficiency and delivery excellence.
Vendor Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead performance reviews, negotiate improvements, and resolve escalated issues with vendors.
  • Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance assessments.
Operational & Workforce Governance
  • Manage end-to-end contractor workflows, including SOW renewals, funding approvals, and headcount tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement/financial policies and monitor spend trends to identify optimization opportunities.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Prepare and deliver executive reports on supplier performance, workforce metrics, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with T&O Supplier Management, Procurement, Finance, and Global Functions Technology leaders to align on priorities and resolve complex challenges.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Team Leadership
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative environment.
  • Lead change management efforts to streamline processes and adopt innovative supplier management tools/practices.
